Our Chefs
Tom Gill is our Head Chef. Tom has appeared a number of times on Radio Four's
Food Programme and features in a new publication 'Home
Grown' featuring North West Food Champions. He leads a team including
Mark Bluenose, his second in command; Chris our salad chef (seen
right in action), Chef Catherine and our Head
Baker, Pam and her assistant Marie-Anne. |
