Our Chefs
Tom Gill is our Executive Chef. Tom has appeared
a number of times on Radio Four's Food Programme and
is currently a finalist in the Merseyside 'Chef of
the Year' competition. He leads a team including
Mark, his second in command; Chris our salad chef (seen
right in action), Chef Catherine and our Head
Baker, Pam and her assistant Marie-Anne. |
